Processing
Orders process within 1–2 business days and ship from Ohio. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as yours is on the way.
Pre-orders
Some pieces are sold as pre-orders. The Memento Mori Sweatpant is a pre-order: payment is taken today, which reserves your size and color and funds the production run, and it ships by January 31, 2027. You can cancel any time before it ships for a full refund — email hello@wearpasso.com. If we can't ship by the stated date, we'll email you a revised date and you can accept it or cancel for a full refund; if it slips more than 30 days past that date we'll refund you unless you tell us to keep the order. If you order a pre-order piece alongside in-stock pieces, the whole order ships when the pre-order is ready — place separate orders if you want the in-stock piece now.
Domestic (US)
Standard shipping is $8 and arrives in 3–6 business days. Express is $15. Shipping is free on orders of $70 or more.
International
International shipping is calculated at checkout once available. Currently US-only at launch.
Issues
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact hello@wearpasso.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
