Is the Memento Mori Sweatpant a pre-order?+
Yes. Payment is taken today, which reserves your size and color and funds the production run. It ships by January 31, 2027, and you'll get email updates as it moves plus a tracking number when it ships.
Can I cancel a pre-order?+
Yes — any time before it ships, for a full refund. Email hello@wearpasso.com with your order number and we'll take care of it.
What if it ships late?+
We'll email you a revised date and you can accept it or cancel for a full refund. If it slips more than 30 days past January 31, 2027, we'll refund you unless you tell us to keep the order.
Can I order the sweatpant and the knit together?+
Yes, but the whole order ships when the sweatpant is ready. Order them separately if you want the knit now.
What sizes do you offer?+
S through XXL. The cut is boxy and slightly cropped with a drop shoulder, so it wears larger than a standard tee — if you're between sizes or you want a cleaner fit, size down. Full measurements are available in the size guide.
How long does shipping take?+
Standard US shipping is $8 and arrives in 3–6 business days, or $15 for Express. Orders over $70 ship free. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way.
Do you ship internationally?+
We're US-only at launch. International shipping is on the roadmap — join the newsletter to be notified when it goes live.
What is your return policy?+
Unworn pieces with original tags can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email hello@wearpasso.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label for US orders.
How should I care for my piece?+
Machine wash cold, inside out. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low. That's it — it's built to be worn and washed, not babied.
The hem looks unfinished — is that a defect?+
No — that's the design. The cuffs and bottom hem are left raw and rolled with light intentional distressing, so the edges curl and fray a little. Every piece is slightly different and yours will develop more character as you wear and wash it. It won't unravel.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay are accepted at checkout.
Is checkout secure?+
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure. PASSO never sees or stores your payment details.
